At the end of the second chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna asks Lord Krishna what are the characteristics of a person who is well-established (sthita) in the self-knowledge (prajna) that Lord Krishna has just taught. “How does he walk? How does he talk?” Lord Krishna answers by citing the wise person’s expression in terms of values and attitudes that the seeker of this knowledge can emulate to prepare himself to know. Swami Viditatmananda presents these values and attitudes and shows how we can each apply them in our day-to-day life.
