DESCRIPTION:
Nirvana Shatkam:
In this famous set of verses attributed to Śrī Ādi Śaṅkarācārya, the author decidedly negates any and all character-istics and roles falsely attributed to the self, declaring at the end of each verse: chidānandarupaḥ śivo’ham śivo’ham – “I am that conscious being, complete, existence itself!” Swamiji will unfold each verse in all its glory. This course is a continuation of the Memorial Day 2026 course.
Bhaja Govindam:
Bhaja Govindam is a work composed by Adi Shankaracharya which invokes Viveka and Vairagya in a student of Vedanta. Selected verses will be covered.
